Start small. Prove the value before you scale.

Pridmora is designed to begin with a defined manager cohort rather than asking organisations to make a large platform commitment before they know how it will work in their environment.

The commercial journey

A practical route from pilot to wider adoption.

01   Start with a paid pilot Use Pridmora with a defined manager cohort in real working conditions.
02   Review the evidence Assess engagement, usefulness, development evidence and organisational value.
03   Decide whether to continue Move to an organisation licence when there is a clear case for wider adoption.
04   Expand when it makes sense Increase manager capacity as adoption and organisational value grow.
The Pridmora pilot

Test Pridmora in your organisation.

The paid pilot creates a defined environment in which your organisation can experience the platform, understand how managers use it and assess whether Development Intelligence provides meaningful additional value.

PAID ORGANISATIONAL PILOT

A defined cohort. A defined period. A clear review.

Pilot scope and commercial terms are agreed around the organisation, cohort and intended outcomes.

Defined manager cohort Start with a manageable group rather than attempting organisation-wide adoption immediately.
Pridmora platform access Managers use the continuous development environment around real management work.
Organisation Lead access The nominated organisational lead can access the appropriate privacy-safe organisational view.
Onboarding and pilot support The cohort is introduced to the platform and supported through the initial implementation.
Pilot measurement and review Engagement, usefulness and emerging organisational value are reviewed before any decision to expand.

Why start this way?

The first decision is not how many licences to buy.

It is whether Pridmora creates enough practical and organisational value to justify continuing and expanding.

01

Test manager engagement

Understand whether managers return to Pridmora and use it around the realities of their work.

02

Test organisational value

Explore whether Development Intelligence adds useful visibility beyond existing learning and completion measures.

03

Build the case to scale

Make the next commercial decision using evidence from your own organisation rather than assumptions made before implementation.

Platform access

One continuous development environment. Not a menu of disconnected products.

The organisation is buying access to Pridmora's manager-development infrastructure rather than assembling separate products for reflection, learning, AI support and intelligence.

Manager development workspace

Preparation, reflection and continuing development around everyday management experiences.

Aurelia support

AI-supported thinking and pattern recognition, with human judgement retained.

Focused learning support

Relevant development resources can support managers when useful without creating another course catalogue.

Living development profiles

Development evidence can build into a longer-term picture of strengths, themes and progress.

Development Intelligence

Privacy-safe collective patterns can help authorised organisational leaders understand developing capability.

Continuing platform access

Development continues between formal programmes, interventions and learning events.

Optional additional support

Technology where it adds value. People where they add value.

Pridmora is designed to remain product-led. Where an organisation wants additional human support, this can be scoped separately rather than being hidden inside the platform licence.

Additional implementation support Extra organisational support where the implementation requires more than the standard approach.
Facilitated development activity Human-led development support can be scoped where it complements the platform.
Coaching or advisory support Specialist human input can remain available without making it a dependency of the core product.
Commercial questions

A straightforward route to getting started.

Why isn't there a list of public licence tiers?

Pridmora begins with a defined organisational pilot. The appropriate ongoing licence is then based primarily on the manager capacity and implementation requirements of the organisation.

Do we have to commit to an annual licence after the pilot?

No. The pilot gives your organisation the evidence needed to decide whether Pridmora should continue and expand. Wider adoption follows demonstrated value rather than assumption.

Can we start with only part of the organisation?

Yes. Starting with a defined manager cohort provides a practical way to evaluate Pridmora in your organisation before considering wider adoption.

Are coaching and other human services included?

The core proposition is the Pridmora platform. Optional human services can be scoped and priced separately where an organisation wants them.
